This is a project we completed a few years ago!
After several design meetings with the client to finalize the specifics, it was constructed!
A three-car garage with a hideout on the second floor. This project measures 25' x 56' with 9' side walls.
The owner restores cars, and the third stall on the right is used as a woodworking shop.
The wall framing uses 2x6 construction, with an attic truss package featuring two dormers in the center and a shed roof at the center back, providing ample natural light and ceiling height. The walls, floor, and ceiling are insulated, with a fully drywall-finished interior.
The building is separately metered at 200 amps and includes two heat pumps, three insulated garage doors with openers, fluorescent lighting, and plenty of extra outlets.
