Hot Rods & Hide Outs!

This is a project we built a few years back!

After several design meetings with the client, working out the details. It was built!

A three car garage with a hide out on the second floor.

This garage project measures, 25' x 56' with 9' side walls.

The client is restoring 1960's Thunderbirds. The 3rd stall on the right serves as a work shop for wood working projects.

The attic truss package with two dormers in the center, and a shed roof in the center back, added a lot of natural light and ceiling height. Insulated walls, floor and ceiling. Drywall finished interior through out.

The building is metered separate at 200 amp. Has two heat pumps. 3 Insulated garage doors with openers, fluorescent lighting and plenty of extra outlets.
